Hemi & Partners are building a new hotel and apartment project in Palma Mallorca. The apartments are sold fully furnished with an exclusive interior design and are a part of the Terreno Studios hotel. The property is located in the El Terreno district, situated on the decline of the Bellver forest just 10 minutes of walking distance from the center of Palma.
The concept of Terreno Studios is simple – when you’re not using your apartment, we will take bookings and use it as a hotel suite for our hotel guests. All the proceeds from the hotel suites revenues are split equally by the hotel operator and the apartment owners.
